Meetings
An AI note-taker joins your calls and produces branded minutes and action items, only when you ask it to.
The Change Intelligence Platform turns the messy reality of a change programme (meetings, surveys, risks, stakeholders, documents) into clear, decision-ready intelligence. And it runs on the AI you choose: ours out of the box, or your own private model, so sensitive data never has to leave your walls.

What you get
In 30 seconds: your existing programme data flows into our Gateway, the proprietary layer that reads, scores and guards it, then runs against either our managed models or an endpoint you bring, and comes back as minutes, scores, dashboards and answers.
No new busywork. The platform reads the signals your programme generates anyway, and only those a given person is allowed to see.
An AI note-taker joins your calls and produces branded minutes and action items, only when you ask it to.
Readiness and pulse surveys built on TCA's change approach (and the frameworks you already run, such as ADKAR) capture how ready and engaged each group is.
The live risk register, milestones and deliverables that track whether delivery is on course.
Your stakeholder map and uploaded documents, searchable privately and per-project.
This is the part that's ours. The models are interchangeable; what's defensible is how the platform reads change signals, scores them, and keeps the AI honest. That logic sits in one place: the Gateway.
It retrieves just the data relevant to the question, scoped to the person's role and project. It never trawls your whole organisation, and it can only see what that user is allowed to see.
It can draft a task, flag a risk, or note a stakeholder update, but a person always confirms before anything is written. The AI proposes; you approve.
Survey responses, engagement, training and risk all roll up into readiness, adoption and engagement scores: the numbers leaders actually steer by.
Every answer is checked against the source data and cited back to it. If the evidence isn't there, it says so rather than inventing an answer.
Because the Gateway is model-agnostic, swapping the underlying AI, even for one you host yourself, changes where the thinking happens, not how the platform thinks.
Most customers run on the models we manage: zero setup, capable from day one. Regulated firms that can't let user or client data leave their walls point the platform at their own endpoint instead. Same Gateway either way; only where the thinking happens changes.

Managed models
Three tiers, ready out of the box
Answer
cited, structured
Inference runs on our managed models in our secure cloud. Zero setup, and the same Gateway logic either way - the model is swappable.
Three managed tiers
A fast everyday tier, a high-reasoning tier, and a deep-analysis tier, all managed for you. No keys, no setup, no model wrangling.
Retrieval over your data
Your programme's own context (meetings, surveys, risks, documents) is searchable by the assistant, privately and per-project.
Structured, not chatty
Behind the scenes the AI returns structured results the platform can act on (scores, action items, citations), not just prose.
Cited by default
Answers link back to the exact record they came from, so you can verify anything in one click.
The plain-English version, for the people who'll ask whether their data is safe, and a precise account for the IT teams who'll check.
Your data
Isolated, encrypted, and audited: every login, permission change, export and edit is written to a tamper-evident trail.
And we share as little as possible: only what's strictly needed reaches a small set of trusted sub-processors, and with bring-your-own AI your data never reaches an external model at all.
This describes what the platform does today; it isn't a contract or a claim of certifications we don't hold. For the full technical reference, sub-processor list and disclosure contact, see the Security & Trust page.
The platform is the half of the engagement you can see. The other half is a change team working alongside yours.
01
Guided onboarding
We set up your workspace, branding, data sources and (if you're bringing your own AI) your endpoint, before you go live.
02
An embedded partner
You're not handed a login and left alone. A change specialist works alongside your team inside the platform.
03
Responsive support
A monitored support inbox and a live status page, so you always know the platform's health.
04
A security contact
A direct line for your IT and security reviewers, plus a responsible-disclosure path for researchers.

Everything the interface does runs on a documented, tenant-scoped REST API, so the platform fits into your stack, not the other way around.
Pass a bearer token on every request. Tokens are scoped to your organisation; the API refuses any attempt to reach another tenant's data, the same isolation the app enforces.

Your teams keep using the tools they already know. The platform connects over each system's own API, so there's nothing new to roll out and no data to migrate: we read only what you permit, protect it in transit and at rest, and hand the results back on your side, cleanly.
Connects with Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Google Meet and Google Calendar today, with Slack, Microsoft Outlook, Jira, Asana, Confluence, Okta, Microsoft Entra ID, Salesforce, Workday, ServiceNow, SAP, Notion, Trello and Miro rolling out.
