Draft, pending legal review. This page outlines the intended structure. The binding wording will be confirmed by counsel before publication.
This policy describes how we handle personal and organisational information across the Change Intelligence Platform. It will be finalised with counsel before it becomes binding.
The Change Intelligence Platform is operated by The Change Agency. This policy explains what information we hold, why, and the choices you have. For questions, contact us at [email protected].
Account details (name, work email, role, organisation), the change-programme data you and your team enter, usage and diagnostic information, and any content you submit to features such as surveys, meetings, and the AI assistant.
To provide and secure the platform, deliver the features you use, communicate with you about your account, and improve the product. We do not sell personal data.
We share the minimum necessary with a small set of trusted service providers - for example transcription, email delivery, and AI processing - strictly to deliver features you use. A current list and detail is summarised on our Security page.
We keep information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations, after which it is deleted or anonymised. Audit logs follow a configurable retention period.
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. Contact us to exercise these rights.
We protect data with encryption in transit, hashed credentials, strict per-organisation isolation, role-based access, and auditing. See the Security page for technical detail.
We may update this policy as the platform evolves and will note the date of the latest revision. Questions can be sent to [email protected].
